We love hearing back from you especially if you have a concern or issues. Email us your questions here or call us on 087 941 4541.

In the event of a return or an unsuitable item. Please return to us within 7 days of receiving. When arranging a return of a defective product to Sandals & Me, kindly send a photograph of the item to returns@sandalsandme.co.za. You item will then be determined if it will be replaced or refunded.

All items to please be sent back in their original condition; not worn, marked or tampered with and in its original packaging, if not the item will be sent back to you.

Customers will be liable for their own postage when sending the items back to our Head Office. We kindly ask you to include your receipt for the cost of the postage. If your item is found faulty, Sandals & Me will refund you the postage cost. Failure to comply will result in no refund on postage cost. Please be sure to return item for exchange or refund by traceable methods so you can insure we have received your item.

  • Sale items can be exchanged for a different size however this may vary as not all sale item size may be in stock. If we are unable to provide a suitable pair as per replacement/ exchange, we will contact you by phone on email. You may exchange for another item of the same or higher value.
  • Allow up to 5 business days for us to receive your return. Once received it will be inspected and processed.
