RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY – NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Please choose your shoes carefully as we do not offer purchase price refunds. In order to obtain a product exchange or credit, the product(s) being returned must be sent back to Sandals And Me within 21 (Working) days of the product(s) being delivered. You will be responsible for the cost of the courier fee to return the goods.

Please retain the product(s)’ original packaging and do not wear the product. Please ensure the items are returned in the exact condition they were received in.

If the incorrect product is delivered to you by mistake (i.e. it is not the product you purchased), please do not remove the product from its original packaging or try the product on at all. Please email info@sandalsandme.co.za to notify, so that we can resolve this matter as soon as possible, by arranging to collect the product from you and deliver the correct product to you as quickly as possible.

If you have purchased through one of our stockists and would like to arrange a exchange, please return to the store and they will gladly assist.

Sale items may not be returned for an exchange under any circumstances whatsoever.

 

 

RETURNS/WARRANTY POLICY – DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

This is our worst case scenario and we want to sort it out straight away. All of our shoes coming with a 3 month warranty and this covers any manufacturing faults but excludes normal wear and tear or incorrect use of the product.

If you find that the product is defective/faulty, unsuitable for the purpose generally intended, or not reasonably durable- please email a photograph of the defective item to info@sandalsandme.co.za.

Should the product subsequently be found to be defective, you are entitled to either – (a) be fully refunded, or (b) have the product repaired or replaced at Sandals And Me’s expense.

Collection will cost R85.00 and redelivery will cost R85.00 otherwise the customer can make own arrangements for delivery and collection of the product.

Sandals And Me will ONLY be liable for the delivery charges if the product has been found to be defective.
