If you have purchased through a stockist please contact the store and they will gladly assist. Under no circumstances will the following be regarded as a defect and not entitle you to a replacement, repair or refund;
- Normal wear and tear
- Negligence caused damage to item
- Incorrect use of item
- Natural cause of colour faded
To obtain an exchange or refund for your item should be returned within 14 days of the product being deliver or purchased. You will be responsible for postage charge and redelivery charge.
Proof of purchase will need to be presented (Invoice & proof of payment) Should the product with a defect you are entitled to ne fully refunded or have the product replaced or repaired at Sandals & Me’s expense depending on availability or other circumstances.
